The goal of school counseling is to help you understand yourself so you can learn to make better decisions about your life. It is important to realize that counselors work with the concerns of all students. Everyone has problems and your counselor is here to help you face and work through them. You may need help with school, personal life, family problems, career or college planning. Your school counselor is trained to help you achieve your full potential. Counseling services are available to help you grow, solve problems, understand those around you and to help you make realistic plans and decisions about day to day issues and your future after high school.
